Fiber Business Broadband

The Minimum Contract Period is twenty-four (24) months.

Package upgrades are available during the Minimum Contract Period, subject to the applicable terms, conditions and charges.

Package downgrades are not permitted during the Minimum Contract Period and may be requested upon renewal of the contract, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Early termination during the Minimum Contract Period will be subject to an Early Termination Fee.

A minimum thirty (30) days written notice is required for service termination.

Upon termination of the service, the modem and router provided by Reach Ten must be returned.

All prices are subject to 6% Service Tax, where applicable.
