Terms & Conditions

  1. The minimum contract period with Reach Ten is twenty four (24) Months.

  2. The customer is not allowed to downgrade the package during the Minimum Contract Period.

  3. The customer may upgrade the package during the Minimum Contract Period with charges applied.

  4. To terminate the services, customer need to send an official letter in 30 days notice.

  5. Should customer discontinue the Reach Ten Broadband services before the expiry of the contract (24 months), the customer will be subjected to an early termination  fee.

  6. Customer need to return the modem and router provided by Reach Ten upon termination of service.
