Our Group undertakes the construction of telecommunications infrastructure for our provision of telecommunications infrastructure services to our customers. As part of our provision of managed services, we operate and maintain the telecommunications infrastructure and its reted passive infrastructure, and we will subsequently lease site space to MNOs for them to install their own active equipment.

For our provision of telecommunications infrastructure services, we primarily carry out the site preparation process, which includes site selection, technical site survey, procurement of necessary approvals and permits from the local council and relevant authorities, as well as site acceptance exercise to comply with our customers' requirements.

For our provision of managed services, we provide to our customers site-related operational and support services such as security of the telecommunications infrastructure, structural maintenance, power supply to the site, as well as continual submission of permit renewal to relevant authorities.
